The fastest & easiest way to book your visit to the Elephant Retirement Park Phuket is to complete the website booking form on this page.

• Select the date of your visit from the calendar to check availability

• Select your desired program and press "Book Now"

• Complete the Program Booking Form:

  1. Check your booking date is correct, or amend if needed
  2. Select either the morning or afternoon program time slot. The time shown is the program start & finish time
  3. Select the number of adults & children in your booking group
  4. Double check the above, then select "Continue"

• Create your booking:

  1. Double check the number of participants and total cost is correct, or amend if needed
  2. Select your program transport. There are 2 options - "Program Transport Half Day" that is included with your trip, or "Program Transport Private" that is a private service with additional cost. Please select the option you prefer
     • Select the area of your pick up. If you are not sure you can (a) put your hotel name into google maps & determine the area, (b) check your hotel website, (c) ask your hotel front desk staff, (d) ask us via the chat function or other means
     • Select the morning or afternoon pick up time to correspond with your trip booking, ie: if your booking is for the 'Half Day Elephant Care Afternoon Program' and your hotel is in Patong then you would select 'Patong - Half Day' and the '12:00-12:30pm' pick up option
     • Please note some pickup areas are 'Extra Travel Zones' and an additional fee will be added to your booking. For a complete list or all travel zones & costs please check the detailed information on your Elephant Care Program Page
  3. Input the number of passengers requiring transportation which should match the same number of people as your overall booking
  4. Double check the above, then select "Continue"

  Lower Section

  1. Please input your full name, email, mobile number, hotel name, room number, how you heard about us, and any notes
     • If your hotel or room number is not yet confirmed please put "TBC" and update us once confirmed by replying to the email booking confirmation you will receive
  2. Select the box if you would 'Stay up to date with our exciting newsletter!'
  3. Read & check the terms of service box
  4. Double check the above, then select "Continue"

• Complete the Payment Page

  1. Double check your invoice & booking details are all correct
  2. Process your online payment. There are 2 options available:
     • Secure online credit card payment via Siampay
     • Paypal with either credit card payment or paypal balance
  3. Once your payment has been successfully processed your will receive a confirmation email with your booking & transportation details
